This just came across my desk earlier and it reveals some details on the next modular building under the Creator Expert line.

It is the 10th anniversary of the Modular line so this should come with some fanfare.

Here is what we have:

Name: Assembly Square (This is most likely a place holder and not the actual name of the building)

Set Number: 10255

Ages: 16+

RRP: 2699 (Unknown Currency)

Release Date: 4/1/2017

Press Release: November 2016

I do believe that the RRP category should be the piece count but I can’t really be sure as this is just a photo off a computer screen.

Others have speculated that the price is in Danish Krone (DKK) instead of USD. If anyone has any more information, do drop me a message here.
